I spent decades performing in front of cameras and microphones, but nothing prepared me for the moment I stood at the front of a ceremony and watched two people make the biggest promise of their lives. I was hooked.
I got into officiating because I’d been to too many weddings where the ceremony felt like a formality to get through before the party. Couples deserve so much better than that. With over 30 years as a Radio and TV personality, I know how to hold a room, but more importantly, I know how to make a moment feel real.
I absolutely love connecting with couples, hearing their story, and building something around it that is fun, personal, and entirely theirs. Whether you want something traditional or something nobody has ever seen before, I cannot wait to be part of your day.
Rob's Story
I just got married on August 8th at the stunning Elora Gorge, and I put everything I believe about weddings into that day. Our seating chart was a wall of 140 Espresso Martinis. We had a Gelato Cart in honour of my dad, a live singer, a rotary phone for guests to leave us a message, and our dog as the flower girl. It was a lot, and it was perfect.
Marriage has taught me that the details you are intentional about are the ones you carry with you forever. I want that for every couple I marry.
When I am not officiating, you can find me at the cottage, travelling, or jumping into new experiences. I also love helping people, which honestly might be the whole reason I ended up here.
